Louis Kravitz graduated from Queen College (New York) and started working first in airline logistics, then in freight forwarding, shipping and ground logistics. Between 1978-1979 he worked in Copenhagen and developed an international bulk cargo division in the company he worked for. Two years later he returned to New York and started his own company, Ekko Chatering Corp, a freight brokerage, while also engaging in physical goods trading, ship ownership and leasing. During 1992-1998 he launched, in the Soviet Union, Pace International LLC, which is currently the largest logistics provider in the Caucasus region. Since 2008 he has been a consultant for Argenmar S.A., an Argentine shipping and logistics company.
