Eliana Santanatoglia
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Eliana M. Santanatoglia es Doctora en Derecho por la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, Argentina. Su tesis, del área de Filosofía del Derecho, se titula “Una visión evolutiva del Derecho” y contó con la dirección del Dr. Martín D. Farrell. Ella cuenta, además con un Msc in Philosophy of the Social Sciences de la London School of Economics and Political Science -LSE-(UK), una Maestría en Economía y Ciencias Políticas por ESEADE (Argentina) y es Abogada egresada de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires.
At the UBA she works as a regular Associate Professor of the Department of Philosophy of Law and directs a DECyT research project. She is also an Advisor to the Institute for Political Training and Public Management of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. Her main areas of research are legal theory, constitutional law, moral and political philosophy, the philosophy of social sciences and the interrelations between these disciplines, with special interest in the evolutionary view of rules and institutions. She has published numerous papers in academic journals and book chapters, she has lectured and participated in colloquia and seminars in these areas of thought in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Guatemala, Chile, the United States and England.
She is co-founder and Executive Director of the David Hume Institute Foundation – Center for Research in Normative and Institutional Evolution.

Gabriela Bonina
Gabriela Bonina is a Junior at the University of Pennsylvania studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, minoring also in Consumer Psychology and Design. At the David Hume Institute Foundation, she worked as a research analyst and conference intern, studying the impact of technology on the workplace and education. “My work has helped further my passion for social impact, and with the reports and summaries I’ve consolidated, as well as the academic individuals and papers researched for conferences, I am proud to be able to contribute to the think tank’s updated policy brief on the future of work and technology”, she told us.
Keerthi Jayaraman
Estudiante de tercer año en la Universidad de Pennsylvania del programa en Relaciones Internacionales con especialización en Estudios Hispanos y Estudios Urbanos. Ella está involucrada en el Programa Civic Scholars, el Comité de Programación para OWN IT (una conferencia de empoderamiento femenino), y dirige su propio programa de radio centrado en la justicia social titulado “Let´s Talk”. Colaboró en la investigación para actualizar el informe de política pública presentado por la Fundación Hume en la reunión del T20 2018 sobre “El futuro del trabajo y la educación en la era digital”.
